AMRAP in 23 minutes of:
   30- In & Out TIRE Flips
   200m- Sprint
   20m- OH Lunges (each, 45/25*)
   200m- Sprint

*The runs are completed together.
*Alternate on the TIRE Flips
*1 Team member lunges 20m, the other lunges 20m back
