Run to Pull-Up bars - skill work ~ strict, beat swings, kipping, butterfly
Run to Ropes - skill work ~ rope climbs, dips
Run back to gym - skill work ~ push-up complex, bench press

WOD:

Bench Press

Cool Down:

Band Shoulder Stretches
