   -50 Hang Power Snatches
   -50 Wallballs (20/14*, 10/9")
   -50 Toes 2 Bar
   -50 Front Rack Lunges
1,000m Run

1 TEAM Member working at a time. Complete the movements in order, partition the work as you wish. Run heats, each TEAM gets 1 Rower and the Full 1,000m Run is completed by both TEAM Members at the same time. RX Weight for Lunges and Snatches= 95/65*
